NAUI Nitrox/Enriched Air Book Pack + tables Pack Only

Includes instructor led training session, math review, tables review, skills review & Exam

Prerequisites:

• Open Water Scuba Certification is required for this class by NAUI or a NAUI recognized agency such as SSI or PADI. 
• Minimum Age 18 years old
• Must be able to perform complete basic open water skill circuit
• Must be able to swim without support 250 yards.

Additional Requirements/Costs:

• Park Fees $6 per day park fees for 3 days total for DeLeon or Blue Springs Parks. 
• Optional Boat Dive $80 for 2 tank dive in West Palm Beach includes tanks
• Maxium of 4 students per instructor ration in this course.

Student must complete the academics in advance of the class in the workbook reading all chapters and complete all the quizes in the book prior to the first session with an instructor.  The student must call to book the instructor and class time: 321.299.5796 or 239.297.9447.  It is reccomended that you book at least 3 weeks in advanced.

This certification if completed will allow a person to dive anywhere world wide no more than 130 ft. deep using EANx or Enriched Air Nitrox without supervision.  This person will be able to purchase EANx scuba equipment, rent or buy EANx scuba tanks and board a dive boat and dive using EANx.   The student must meet or exceed the standards listed in the NAUI EANx instructors guide book in order to pass this class and receive certification. 

This course will also cover:

• Planning dives, Enriched Air/Nitrox Tables
• History of Nitrox
• Dalton's law of partial pressure
• Physiology of Oxygen and Nitrogen
• Depth Limits and Why
• Advantages, Disadvantages & Risks of Nitrox
• Student will learn to and analyze thier own breathing mixture
• Oxygen Toxicity
• Hazards and precautions of handling oxygen
• Concept of Equivalent Air Depth
• Use of EANx with Standar Air
• Common Gas mixing problems and procedures

This is not difficult and our instructors are patient experts happy to provide the training in each skill until we are sure you will be a safe open water diver.  It is always reccommended to get advanced training after open water certification.  This is an advanced course.  Must be 18 years old or accompanied by a parent for all sessions, complete a medical statement and be able to swim comfortably 250 yards and tread water for 20 minutes.   THIS IS BOOK PACK ONLY..
