Terms & Conditions Agreement Prior to Purchase:

You hereby agree by clicking the "Submit Order" button below to the following terms and conditions of the purchase you are making.

All products and services are no longer refundable after a term of 7 days.  

Products - Tangible items  - In the event a product is defective we will replace or repair the item.

Services - Classes and Discovery Dive Sessions - All scuba certifications, courses, and classes are non-refundable even if not finished.   We cannot and will not guarantee that you will pass the course taken with us.  We will provide all training as we see fit and in the event, you are unable to complete the course for safety, health will power or other reasons we will not be refunding any fees.  We will do our best to reschedule or allow additional training but at no time will a refund be made after 7 days from the date of your purchase.
